Operations Fulfillment Manager - Mobile Water Business
Lead day-to-day operations
Manage facility readiness, housekeeping, safety, storage discipline, chemical handling, and general site upkeep.
Supervise safe loading, unloading, staging, testing, shipment, and return inspection of mobile assets, chemicals, trailers, tools, parts, and consumables.
Own inventory accuracy and readiness for chemicals, mobile water assets, spare parts, consumables, tools, trailers, and deployment materials.
Ensure mobile equipment is inspected, tested, repaired, documented, maintained, staged, and signed off before deployment.
Care for field deployment support, setup readiness, handover information, return inspections, and post-job refurbishment.
Plan and supervise preventive maintenance for mobile assets, trailers, pumps, valves, instrumentation, electrical systems, piping, filtration, ion exchange, membrane systems, and related support equipment.
Manage mechanics, electricians, technicians, general labor, lab resources, warehouse/facility support personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
Cook up coordination with field service, commercial, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations leadership to meet customer commitments.
Advise management on spare parts, consumables, inventory gaps, asset readiness risks, maintenance priorities, capital needs, and corrective actions.
Maintain trailer registrations, inspection records, service records, readiness checklists, maintenance logs, test records, and asset movement reports.
Ensure employee, vendor, subcontractor, asset, and facility safety, including site EHS compliance.
Prepare monthly reports on asset movement, readiness, maintenance, chemical inventory, critical spares, operating expenses, and facility performance.
Monitor operating expenses against budget and manage capital or internal improvement projects to expand facility capability.
Maintain a weekly operating cadence covering readiness, backlog, inventory, shortages, safety actions, deployment schedule, maintenance priorities, and open actions.
Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment processes, readiness checklists, shop productivity, inventory accuracy, safety practices, and documentation discipline.
