Responsibilities

• Ownership of Close reporting and financial planning across owned accounts and businesses
• Drive the financial planning process by maintaining owned forecasting models and partnering with the Operations organization to validate rate inputs against clearly communicated business drivers
• Calculate and consolidate the ongoing financial outlook’s risks and opportunities based on the latest available internal and external information
• Provide analytics across COGS (Materials, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Logistics)
• Partner to build the future by analyzing forecast models and tools and driving improvements to efficiency and accuracy
• Build relationships with the Co-Manufacturing Team to drive improved financial outcomes as a part of their contracting processes
• Provide relevant analytical insights based on the current business environment (e.g. Tariffs, Oil, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics or other related degrees
• 5+ years of FP&A experience required, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry; Supply Chain / Operations Finance or Corporate Reporting background a plus
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and gross profit variance analysis
• History of seeking process improvement and automation; AI aptitude
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
