Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of core banking implementation upgrades and platform conversions across multiple workstreams.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with business and technology leadership.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, resource forecasts, and delivery schedules.
- Drive risk and issue management, proactively identifying and resolving program-level dependencies and blockers.
- Lead change management and readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition to new core platforms.
- Provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders, steering committees, and executive sponsors.
- Cook up cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery aligns with applicable financial regulations, controls, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Senior-level program project management experience leading core banking upgrades and conversions.
- Demonstrated success delivering large, complex programs in banking or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Qualifications
- Core Banking platforms: Deposits and Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Loans and Loan Syndication, Cards (Credit and Debit), ACH and payment frameworks, US Tax and financial regulations.
- Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Risk and issue management.

- Change management.
- Planview (project portfolio management tool).
