Finance Operations – Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure all costs incurred are properly recorded
• Timely closure of activities related to revenue recognition with utmost accuracy
• Improve revenues and profitability through minimization of leakage
• Manage and monitor journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
• Manage and monitor monthly overheads analysis before releasing the P&L to respective teams with all details/schedules
• Attend statutory auditors, internal and external auditors
• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments
• Ensure ways to have effective payments systems and faster turnarounds
• Closely supervise marketplace payments
• Ensuring adherence to all statutory compliances (TCS, GST regulations, etc.)
• Interact with relevant stakeholders to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close

Qualifications

• Certification as a Chartered Accountant
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably with Marketplace, SaaS, and Subscription organizations
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to understand and effectively apply technical accounting guidance for Revenue Recognition
• Able to plan and organize well, with great attention to detail
• Strong analytical and time management skills
