Operations Core Business Analyst Lead Vice President

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day requirements gathering to ensure planned milestones for complex client-facing programs.
• Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships for smooth execution.
• Create and manage requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost-benefit analysis aligns with business goals.
• Communicate status, issues, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
• Identify risks impacting project delivery and develop and execute mitigation strategies.
• Escalate program risks to the Program Manager if necessary.
• Adequately assess risk when making business decisions, maintaining firm reputation and safeguarding assets through compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supervise the activity of others and hold accountable those failing to meet standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience in Funds Services, particularly in Fund Accounting E2E.
• 3+ years in large transformation programs, including system design/requirements analysis and collaboration with technology for execution.
• Experience in testing, including scope, scenario validation, and result review (functional and regression).

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
