Operations Coordinator - Routing (Dispatch)

Annual Salary up to $50,000 - Depending on Experience Department: Operations Position reports to: Operations Manager Primary Purpose And Function Of Position Responsible for routing orders for next day delivery while supporting all delivery & warehouse departmental functions. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Route orders for next day delivery utilizing VIP, Roadnet routing softwareUtilize truck loading software after routing is complete and place all contents in the correct bays for the case pickers to executeAssist with identifying any issues/ideas/solutions that will enhance the operation.Answer phones as necessary from customers, both internal and externalSupport all delivery and warehouse operations as neededSupervise night loader, driver and day warehouse union employees.Establish daily manpower requirements for loading and delivery driversWork within the parameters of the current collective bargaining agreement.Other duties as needed
