Operations Coordinator - Nights

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation: Up to $55,000 annually (DOE)

About the role

Ensure the night loading process goes smoothly and all trucks are loaded on time for the next day’s delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nightly truck loading process performed by union and non-union employees
• Coordinate loading of package and draught trucks for daily delivery
• Check for loading errors
• Ensure night loading team cleans up at the end of their shift
• Handle all administrative reports for the Operations Department
• Other duties as needed
