About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead team members in achieving plant-specific objectives. This includes training and coaching staff, leading continuous improvement projects, and fostering cooperation between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate job expectations and monitor job results.
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop flexible production plans and manage personnel workflow.
  • Achieve plant results by adhering to FSQA initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and effective work environment.
  • Foster positive team member relations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Bachelor's or university degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
