About the role
The Operations Supervisor will lead team members in achieving plant-specific objectives. This includes training and coaching staff, leading continuous improvement projects, and fostering cooperation between departments.
Responsibilities
- Communicate job expectations and monitor job results.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop flexible production plans and manage personnel workflow.
- Achieve plant results by adhering to FSQA initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and effective work environment.
