Operations Coordinator IV - Dedicated Transportation (Thurs-Sat Night Shift)

About the role

This position supports and supervises accounting and Human Resources functions. It involves preparing accurate month-end financial closing reports, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, processing journal entries, analyzing profit and loss statements, overseeing HR duties, and managing purchasing and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate month-end financial closing reports, maintain A/P and A/R throughout the month, process journal entries
• Analyzes P&L for unusual charges
• Oversees the daily office and accounting functions
• Coordinates and executes new hire onboarding, warehouse recruiting, and develops working relationships with contingent labor providers
• Manages purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment for the location
• Performs core audits and conducts quarterly inventory
• Maintains GL reconciliation for Rebuild Center/Journal entries
• Monitors changes in production costs
• Manages payroll and event coordination
• Manages vendor management

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED
• Associate's Degree in Accounting experience will be considered in lieu of college education
• 5 years or more in Clerical, administrative, Accounting and supervisory experience
• 5 years or more in a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates customer service skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Proper phone etiquette

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency with computers to include MS Office applications
• Intermediate accounting knowledge including financial planning reconciliation and reporting
• Supervisory & HR training, including wage, hour & labor laws as well as documentation requirements

• Pay Type : Hourly
• Minimum Pay Range: $30.00
• Maximum Pay Range: $33.00
