About the role
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supports facility operations by handling incoming calls and emails, routing appropriately, and providing timely responses.
- Assists with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Coordinates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manages facility maintenance requests and ensures they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assists with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events within the facility.
- Handles basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts payable.
- Supports the team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of related experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of facility management and safety protocols is beneficial.
