Operations Coordinator/Estimator

About the role

This position will be joining our Specialized Transportation division in Conroe, Texas. It is a support role to the sales team, handling back‑end administrative and data‑entry tasks and serving as a point of contact for both the sales team and operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks, activities, and responsibilities that support, enable, and drive the front‑line sales teams to be more effective and efficient.
• Work closely with both the sales team and the operations manager to produce quotes, create work orders, and reconcile customer billing and invoicing.
• Assist with jobs/projects planning and coordination between the sales team and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in sales and operational support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prefer experience in the construction or transportation industry.

Skills

• Basic computer navigation skills.
