About the role
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the company’s daily activities. They manage various administrative tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure that all processes are efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Handle incoming correspondence and respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
- Coordinate vendor and supplier relationships
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in operations or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
