About the role

As an Administrative Assistant at Centuri, you will provide administrative support by performing various duties such as data entry, letter composition, maintaining filing systems, coordinating office administration, handling incoming calls, and managing office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry for accounting and related clerical functions
  • Compose letters, memos and reports as needed
  • Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems
  • Able to cross train with other staff members
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Cover office administration including monthly calendar, invoice processing, meeting planning, travel arrangements, and ordering of office supplies
  • Distribute incoming mail, faxes, express mail deliveries, packages and other material
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 2 years accounting and/or office administration experience
  • Typing and 10 key experience
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Microsoft skills with extensive knowledge of Excel are preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills
