About the Role

Agility Robotics is scaling its operations — and doing it deliberately. As Operations Business Analyst, you will be embedded at the intersection of our Program Management Team and our Operations and Supply Chain functions, helping the business understand how work gets done today and what it needs to look like tomorrow. Reporting to the Senior Director of Program Management, you will work closely with operations and supply chain teams to analyze processes, surface inefficiencies, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will be a trusted partner to functional leaders who need someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and produce work that holds up. This role is a strong fit for someone with direct experience in operational environments who brings analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently once given a clear mandate.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from functional stakeholders across operations and supply chain.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and supporting documentation that can be acted on by program managers, technical teams, or leadership.
  • Support process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, maintaining clarity on scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards that give teams and leadership a clear, consistent view of performance and progress.
  • Work with data from multiple systems — including ERP platforms, operational databases, and reporting tools — to produce accurate, reliable analysis.
  • Partner with program managers to support cross-functional initiatives, providing analytical grounding and requirements discipline to programs that need it.
  • Document current-state processes and help define future-state workflows in a clear, repeatable format that functional teams can use and maintain.
  • Support key implementation activities such as process design discussions, user validation, UAT coordination, and rollout readiness, depending on project needs.
  • Help teams understand how system changes affect their day-to-day work and support adoption through documentation and communication.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both working-level teams and senior stakeholders, adjusting depth and framing for the audience.

Requirements

You have direct experience working in or supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments and can establish credibility with functional partners quickly. You are a strong analytical thinker who moves from data to insight to recommendation without getting lost in the middle. You are thorough and precise in your work. Your documentation, requirements, and analysis are clear enough that someone else can act on them without having to come back with questions. You work well independently. You can take a clear mandate and run with it, managing your own time, priorities, and output without close oversight. You are a natural translator between business teams and technical or analytical work. You know how to ask the right questions, listen well, and capture what people actually need.

Skills

  • Experience with process mapping and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with project or task tracking tools (e.g., Planner, Project, Jira).
