Operations Business Analyst

About the Role

This is a high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to make an immediate impact. You will be working directly with senior leadership on operational and technology initiatives, improving workflows across various departments, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational workflows across dispatch, warehousing, fulfillment, and order management
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps across the commercial logistics operation
• Work cross-functionally to solve identified issues
• Translate operational needs into clear business and system requirements
• Partner with operations, sales, leadership, product, and development teams
• Support integrations and process improvements across internal systems and emerging AI initiatives
• Coordinate projects, track execution, and keep initiatives moving forward
• Drive adoption of new processes and systems across the organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience (internships and coordinator roles count)
• Exposure to operations, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or systems work
• Experience with ERP systems (especially NetSuite), logistics, WMS, or dispatch software is a plus
• Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
