Operations Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

Responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the company, overseeing all aspects of data analytics and ensuring actionable insights are used to inform strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Airflow, Fivetran, and other tools.
• Implement A/B testing and causal reasoning frameworks to drive actionable insights.
• Lead the team in implementing data engineering solutions to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data strategies.
• Conduct regular KPI monitoring and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consumer services or marketing technology environment.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of data-driven initiatives.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies such as Redshift or Snowflake.
