Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution.
- Review, enter, maintain, and ensure data integrity within department systems.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform project recommendations and operational decisions.
- Audit and report on financial transactions, operational metrics, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities and support automation efforts.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare materials/deliverables, and aid in follow-up tasks.
- Monitor and respond to internal and external requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively identify gaps, issues, and risks related to systems and processes; recommend and collaborate on solutions.
- Support business activity through manual data entry and policy documentation.
- Present findings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of operational or business analysis experience.
- Financial services or insurance background preferred.
- Strong competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Agile framework; Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, AI preferred.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Skilled in collaborating and communicating effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to consistently deliver accurate and timely work product.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, recommend, and collaborate with team members on solutions.
- Ability to maintain sensitivity and awareness of confidentiality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to maintain a customer-centric approach in all aspects of work and communication.
