Join ChildServe as an Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operations support for the ChildServe - Johnston location. Maintain children's records to include enrollments, discharges, filing and maintaining back files. Verification of benefitsEnsure all classrooms have current and accurate child and emergency information, daily documentation forms and care plansEnter child specific training into the system and provide updates to supervisorParticipate in development of child and staff schedulesProvide support for facility needs including supplies and work order requestsMaintain records of organizational drillsResponsible for greeting parents and visitors, and answering the phoneOther duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Preferred: High school diploma Preferred: One year of clerical/administrative work experience in the healthcare delivery or service industry requiredEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to interact as a part of an interdisciplinary teamAbility to be thorough in all work with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language Not sure if you hit 100% of the position expectations?
