Operations Analyst Intern

Essential Job Functions

• Variety of data entry duties.
• Establishing accounts for new users and maintaining updated permissions/skills.
• Collaborate with all Operations departments to troubleshoot and resolve login problems.
• Address, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with inContact.
• Actively support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Assists with reporting and data analytics.

Preferred Experience

• Skilled investigator and problem solver who thinks outside the box.
• Possess a deep understanding of contact center operations.
• Exhibits superior knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to their assigned area.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Capable of independently identifying and resolving complex problems.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite.
• Basic understanding of Jira.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Can make solid decisions.
• Previous experience with data entry.
