OPERATIONS ANALYST - INTERNSHIP

About the role

Digital Factory is looking for an Operations Analyst to work with the Operations Manager, primarily to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.

Reports to: Lawrence Griffith, Executive
Location: Chicago, Illinois

Responsibilities

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience as an operations analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
