About the role
As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you’ll contribute to real projects that help our Sales organization make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll join a collaborative team that provides hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support. As you build your skills, you’ll take ownership of meaningful work, analyze business challenges, share ideas, and turn data into recommendations that create real impact. You’ll work alongside team members and business stakeholders to uncover sales trends, create reports, improve processes, and solve problems. Along the way, you’ll gain practical experience in analytics, sales operations, technology, and project management while building skills for your future career.

- Work on real business challenges by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights into sales performance and make actionable recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Turn data into insights by creating and analyzing reports that help the team understand performance and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Learn from an experienced team through training, coaching, and feedback to build your skills, understand the business, and become successful in your role.
- Bring your ideas to the table by collaborating with team members and stakeholders to explore new requests, ask questions, and recommend effective data-driven solutions.
- Help manage and improve sales processes and systems, including our CRM, by using AI and technology to help the sales team work more effectively.
- Build your communication skills by sharing project outcomes, insights, and recommendations with your team, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work part time (15–20 hours per week) during the school year and full time (40 hours) during the summer.
Qualifications
- GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Previous intern or business analytics experience.
- Familiarity using Power BI and Databricks.
- Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages.
