Responsibilities
- Support line of business initiatives and projects to ensure Document Custody procedures and Investor/Agency guidelines are followed.
- Look for efficiencies and improvements to processes and make recommendations to management.
- Comply with Information Security and Records Management Policies.
- Demonstrate job relevant knowledge and essential skills to meet managerial expectations and competencies.
- Assess and provide analysis of reports requested by management accurately and on time.
- Aid relationship management by reviewing client agreements to create review checklists specific to clients' needs.
- Support client data transfers and assist in creating automation to streamline the process.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with Document Custody's processes and procedures is preferred.

Pay
The typical base pay range for this role is $48,487.20 - $72,730.80.
