About the role
We are seeking an Operations Analyst I to support the DCR operations team in analyzing clinical research data and ensuring quality controls. This is a hybrid position based in Edina, MN.
Responsibilities
- Follows quality control processes and translates them into actionable steps
- Reviews and compares Sponsor EDC/IVRS data and verifies within CTMS
- Responds to CTMS data quality requests and incidents from internal and external users
- Maintains systems/applications by researching and resolving issues, ensuring system integrity and security
- Uses internal/external applications to conduct, review, and report on data quality control checks
- Writes clear documentation and provides support and assistance to the team
- Contributes to special projects as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience performing quality control and/or compliance monitoring
- Minimum 3 years experience translating monitoring data into executive summary level business metrics
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Tableau, research databases (i.e. RAVE, Medidata), Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Minimum 2 years experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames
- Proven self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone and in email
- Ability to attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
Skills
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience with research databases (i.e. RAVE, Medidata)
- Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems

Pay
