Operations Analyst I (DCR)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Analyst I to support the DCR operations team in analyzing clinical research data and ensuring quality controls. This is a hybrid position based in Edina, MN.

Responsibilities

• Follows quality control processes and translates them into actionable steps
• Reviews and compares Sponsor EDC/IVRS data and verifies within CTMS
• Responds to CTMS data quality requests and incidents from internal and external users
• Maintains systems/applications by researching and resolving issues, ensuring system integrity and security
• Uses internal/external applications to conduct, review, and report on data quality control checks
• Writes clear documentation and provides support and assistance to the team
• Contributes to special projects as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience performing quality control and/or compliance monitoring
• Minimum 3 years experience translating monitoring data into executive summary level business metrics
• Minimum 1 year experience working with Tableau, research databases (i.e. RAVE, Medidata), Clinical Trial Management Systems
• Minimum 2 years experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames
• Proven self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone and in email
• Ability to attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed

Skills

• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience with research databases (i.e. RAVE, Medidata)
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems

Pay
