Sales Operations Analyst I
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will assist the rental sales group by making touchpoints and conducting sales research with new and dormant customers in assigned geographies. This will primarily involve phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn efforts, and face-to-face visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizes data mining tools to investigate and determine emerging markets
- Makes calls, recruits, and performs touchpoints to potential new customers daily
- Provides quotes, pricing, and delivery information to customers
- Works with Finance to ensure timely revenue collection
- Follows up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction
- Tracks open sales leads and opportunities
- Maintains accuracy of CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for the US-based Rental and Sales organization
Experience and Education
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft and other CRM and BI sales tools
- Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of related experience
- Under supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment
