Sales & Service Operations Analyst I
The Sales & Service Operations Analyst I plays a key role in supporting the inside sales group within the assigned TEL US business unit. This position ensures accurate processing of product sales orders, maintains essential sales activity records, and provides operational support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales order processing: Handle new product sales orders for the inside sales group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Database management: Maintain a sales activity database tracking order dates and shipment timelines.
- Order tracking: Monitor product orders and follow up with TEL/factory to ensure efficient processing.
- Sales meetings: Attend staff meetings and deliver presentations when required.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard customer, product, and material information.
- Customer follow-up: Resolve billing issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Sales support: Assist Product Sales Specialists in creating new business opportunities and securing sales orders.
- Team coordination: May delegate tasks or supervise administrative support staff.
- Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and TEA employees.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Equivalent job experience may substitute for education.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
- Experience: Four years of administrative experience directly supporting sales activities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment may substitute for the required degree.
