The Operations Analyst I is responsible for performing entry-level administrative, data analysis and financial assignments for the Operations Division. This position will work collaboratively with other analysts in the division and may have some responsibility for the oversight of co-op students and interns. Responsibilities

• Prepares and monitors weekly and monthly reports, both financial and statistical.
• Collaborates with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Visualizes data with charts, graphs, infographics, and/or basic dashboards.
• Establishes basic key-performance indicators to measure the effectives of business decisions and service delivery.
• Processes information in conjunction with other Operations analysts.
• Drafts presentations for senior staff members.
• Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
