Operations Analyst- CA Lifeline
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to extract, analyze, and present data that supports business operations and management decision-making. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage customer inquiries, track and resolve operational issues, document business requirements and meeting outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote. Candidates must also be willing and able to work a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for identifying and documenting operational business requirements and processes, including providing clarification on any requirement discrepancies.
- Perform all internal reporting needs of the department.
- Extract, tabulate, and analyze and present data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate all system and process defects.
- Identify innovative strategies to create operational and/or system efficiencies.
- Work effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Program Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, data validation and quality checks, filtering, sorting, and data cleanup, and deliverable generation using templates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience managing customer inquiries and issue tracking.
- Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems.
- Customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to monitor and meet service-level expectations.
- Excellent notetaking and meeting documentation skills.
- Able to capture decisions, risks, issues, and action items accurately.
- Follow-up and action item tracking.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Able to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- SQL experience.
Home Office Requirements
- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
- Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen.
