Technical Skills And Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience with PC Windows-based software, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), email, Internet browsers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
Responsibilities
- Provides Mgmt with admin support for business continuity plans
- Includes an understanding of software tools for plan building and maintenance, in-depth knowledge of each dept plans, ongoing colleague training, facilitating Mgmt meetings, and assisting Mgmt in planning and executing Life Div mock disasters
- Provides moderate to complex service to internal and external customers on a variety of Operations teams with varied complexity including International and Domestic Client Service and Premium Accounting, Claims and New Business
- Aids Director of Operations VP with various ad hoc requests, projects and reports as assigned
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of Operations dept procedures, admin systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Ability to work on a team, strong interpersonal skills and flexible/adaptable in position
- Ability to manage concurrent projects successfully and to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proven Critical thinking skills
