About the role
Join our team as an Operations Analyst and help drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation across our Card and Deposit Services. In this role, you’ll leverage data analytics, reporting, and system expertise to identify improvements and enhance operational performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline processes and strengthen the member experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Core Operating System: Core system release oversight and testing, new product development, programming and implementation, create promotional product parameters, complete programming and testing prior to launch, rate changes, exceptions and interest calculation quality reviews, core system application management and enhancements, vendor end-to-end case management and issue resolution, collaborate on projects for core system integration, workflows and capturing data, instant issue software updates and release testing.
- Vendor/Various Systems Management: Participate in industry-related conferences and user groups to bring back relevant knowledge, future initiatives, and advances in innovative technology, management and strong working knowledge of the following systems: Core operating system, Card processing systems, BI analytics, Tableau reporting.
- Data/Reporting Application Administrator: Serve as liaison with the BI team and Application Support to create and provide BI and Tableau reporting and data analytics as required, oversee daily file transmissions, document process flows and timeline adherence.
- Compliance/General Statement Rendering: Creation and updates to Member Agreements and Disclosures, partner with Compliance to maintain oversight of regulatory and industry changes, collaborate with key Card and Deposit resources to research complex member issues, coordinate release testing, product changes, system issues, promotional announcements and general outreach to the front-line teams, quality control for audits, interdepartmental procedures and OLB upgrades/enhancements, escheat and IRA RMD processing, EOY tax form distribution and OLB electronic form management, identifying, testing and implementing process improvements and cross-departmental efficiencies, ATM programming and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; and five or more years of Credit Union Deposit and Card operations, or equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in core operating systems, ability to develop, program, and implement new products.
- Able to adapt and learn different systems and applications, see the value in data and how it enhances processes, meet compliance needs of the organization.

Benefits
- Compensation: $65,000-$81,000 (depending on experience, education, aptitude & equity).
