Job Summary

The Spire Operations Administrator works under the direction of the Managing Director and is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution for Spire Outsourcing’s services, while also supporting financial planning and operational workflows.

Key Deliverables And Responsibilities

  • Marketing Leadership:

    • Conduct market research to identify target advisor segments, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning
    • Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, including campaign planning, content development, and performance tracking
    • Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with financial professionals
    • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize based on key metrics (engagement, conversion, pipeline growth)
    • Promote Spire Outsourcing services to financial professionals and industry partners
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with service delivery and advisor needs
  • Financial Planning & Operations Support:

    • Contribute to the preparation and review of high-quality financial plans alongside paraplanners
    • Collaborate with student paraplanners to improve workflow efficiency, data entry standards, and reporting processes
    • Design and scale training programs and standardized procedures for paraplanner development
    • Maintain documentation of processes and continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement
    • Interact professionally with financial professionals to gather data, move plans to completion, and support delivery
    • Stay current on financial planning trends and incorporate relevant insights into both marketing and service delivery
  • Talent Pipeline & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with CFP Board registered programs to support recruitment efforts
    • Develop a pipeline of student paraplanners and identify placement opportunities for advisors

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional with experience in both marketing and financial planning or wealth management. This individual thrives in a team-based environment and is equally comfortable building strategy and executing details. They should be capable of translating financial planning concepts into compelling marketing messaging while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, financial planning, or wealth management
  • CFP® certification or actively pursuing CFP® designation preferred but not required
  • Graduation from a CFP Board registered program is highly valued
  • Experience with eMoney or similar financial planning software
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Redtail)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, campaigns, and workflows concurrently
