Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain dependable and available workforce based on client needs
  • Aid Scheduling and Operations with the coordination of employee shifts
  • Create and modify shifts in the scheduling software
  • Communicate with Operations Team regarding scheduling conflicts
  • Inform Operations Team of schedule changes, gaps, and needs
  • Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting operations preferred
  • Ability to work independently with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates dependability, good judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Must pass background proceedings and drug screening
