About the role

The Operations Administrator (OA) supports daily operations across the CCV Business Unit (BU) teams, ensuring adherence to processes, meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain focus on specific tasks to meet client SLAs and provide analytics and ad hoc reporting to the CCV management team.
  • Support CCV Business Unit by formatting and preparing reports based on data provided by the team.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries, including requests for verification of regulatory notices, previous letter mailings, and duplicate letter requests.
  • Communicate across business lines to manage open inventory reports and ensure accurate documentation for the audit team.
  • Enter and maintain Service Ticket requests and document management, researching issues and submitting tickets as necessary.
  • Resolve outstanding documentation management issues and follow up as needed to ensure completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with CCV Business Unit team members to address issues and ensure clear communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs may require.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
  • Minimum one year directly related to healthcare experience.
  • Previous health care claim review experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
  • Strict attention to detail in actions and documentation.
  • Consistent and effective critical thinking skills required.
  • Driven and self-starter with flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, shift across clients as needed, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Works with a sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to thorough documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in person and with remote/international resources.
  • Professional demeanor with appropriate language, tone, style, and structure in oral and written communications.

Pay

Base compensation ranges from $19.50 to $26.75 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Schedule

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
