About the role
The Operations Administrator supports all warehouse functions, including receiving, data entry, inventory tasks, and product replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving schedule, coordinating with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.
- Complete daily data entry of various spreadsheets for the delivery and operation teams.
- Re-warehouse product as needed, updating the WMS and ERP systems; operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
- Perform inventory control tasks: determine sufficient pick volume each evening, relocate product, and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers via email, in person, or on the phone.
- Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or warehouse role.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs, including presentation software.
- Results-oriented professional with strong verbal/written communication, diplomacy, discretion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Analytic and reporting skills; sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Pay
$20–$26 per hour.
