About the role

This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses. Alpha takes a different approach to school operations, placing the Operations Administrator front and center in various areas such as family communication, attendance oversight, campus security, facility management, meal coordination, technology support, and event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary, dependable contact for parents, students, staff, and campus visitors, communicating with clarity, composure, and promptness.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily campus operations, including morning arrivals, afternoon dismissals, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus cleanliness, event support, and facilities maintenance follow-through.
  • Address campus safety and student welfare matters, including entry control, emergency drills, health-related incidents, incident documentation, and timely parent communication.
  • Administer student devices and essential campus technology systems, covering device provisioning, user account assistance, basic troubleshooting, backup coordination, repair logistics, and escalation to remote technical support.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding established standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
  • At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
  • Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Carrollton, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate
