LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses. Many schools push operations into back rooms, behind bureaucratic approval chains and closed-door meetings. Alpha takes a different approach. This role places you front and center: welcoming families at the door, resolving device problems, managing smooth arrivals and dismissals, reassuring concerned parents, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the campus environment feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. We need someone who combines warmth with firmness, structure with flexibility, and confidence with humility. You will manage nearly every operational function outside of classroom instruction: family communication, attendance oversight, campus security, facility management, meal coordination, technology support, event execution, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without immediate attention. There will not be a large on-site operations team supporting you. You will work with documented procedures, remote resources, and established standards, but you must learn quickly, apply sound judgment independently, and act decisively when situations arise. The long-term benefit is establishing yourself as the dependable leader families trust, guides turn to, and students feel comfortable approaching when something requires resolution. If you are seeking a front-facing school operations position where service orientation, decision-making, communication skill, and ownership are critical daily, submit your application now. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary, dependable contact for parents, students, staff, and campus visitors, communicating with clarity, composure, and promptness.Oversee all aspects of daily campus operations, including morning arrivals, afternoon dismissals, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus cleanliness, event support, and facilities maintenance follow-through.Address campus safety and student welfare matters, including entry control, emergency drills, health-related incidents, incident documentation, and timely parent communication.Administer student devices and essential campus technology systems, covering device provisioning, user account assistance, basic troubleshooting, backup coordination, repair logistics, and escalation to remote technical support.Cultivate trusted relationships with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding established standards.
