What You'll Be Doing
- Provide operational support across multiple student housing properties
- Travel extensively (up to 90%) to support sites across the region
- Audit property performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement action plans alongside regional leadership
- Coach and mentor on-site property teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees
- Aid with property audits, compliance and operational reviews
- Maintain financial and operational performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with on-site teams and corporate departments
- Resolve urgent operational issues and improve resident experience
- Ensure company policies and industry regulations are consistently followed
- Contribute to business improvement projects and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing residential, multifamily or student accommodation properties
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience overseeing multiple sites is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- A commercial mindset with experience improving operational performance
- Confidence using property management software (RealPage experience is advantageous)
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively
