About the role

As a Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the procurement and supply chain management team, supporting Ariba and PeopleSoft projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to ongoing projects
• Respond to process-related questions from peers, managers, and external partners, troubleshooting escalated issues effectively
• Prioritize and independently complete escalations to ensure timely resolution
• Analyze risks within processes and document procedures and training requirements to enhance team performance
• Manage system clean-up projects, including inactivating unused supplier locations to maintain data accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience with supplier onboarding and maintenance processes
• Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
• Familiarity with Ariba, PeopleSoft, or similar procurement systems is preferred
