Key Responsibilities
- Sort inbound mail into processing segments and prepare documents for delivery or pickup by internal stakeholders.
- Deliver mail across designated areas, consolidate outgoing items, and return them to the mail operations space.
- Investigate documents or discrepancies as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform repetitive but essential daily processing tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with team members while also managing tasks independently.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of experience in operational or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with green screen systems and data entry; intermediate MS Excel skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing tasks.
- Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
