Operation Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support and improve day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, develop reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collect, validate, and maintain operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and operational guidelines.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to support business objectives and operational projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in banking, financial services, consulting, healthcare, or other operations-driven industries.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Ability to document business processes, operational workflows, and process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on operational initiatives.
