Operating Sales Partner

About the role

City Wide Facility Solutions is expanding its footprint into north Salt Lake City, Layton, and Ogden and is seeking an operating sales partner to own a 20% stake and manage day‑to‑day sales and operations. The role is built for entrepreneurs who value a sales‑focused model with recurring revenue, low overhead, exclusive protected territories, and a proven system backed by training, operational support, and a national brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day sales and operations for the assigned territory (north Salt Lake City, Layton, Ogden).
• Develop and maintain commercial client relationships to drive recurring revenue.
• Oversee a network of independent contractors while keeping overhead low.
• Leverage City Wide’s training, operational support, and brand resources to grow the business.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial and growth‑oriented mindset.
• 5–10+ years of sales and/or business development leadership experience.
• Professional leadership or management background preferred.
• Interest in B2B services and franchise ownership.
• Financial qualifications to be discussed with the franchise team.
