Operating Room RN - PRN

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized pediatric OR care in a hospital setting. In this role, you will perform patient assessments, administer interventions, and assist physicians during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care. Key responsibilities include supporting the surgical team, maintaining safety protocols, and providing high-quality nursing care for pediatric patients in the operating room. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 2 years of OR experience in pediatrics, hold an Ohio RN license, and have strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and American Heart Association standards; CNOR and PALS certifications are preferred. Additional qualifications include BSN or in-progress and prior experience in pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, or laser procedures is advantageous. Key duties involve assessing patients, assisting with surgeries, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
