Operating Room RN - PRN

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics and OR (Peds) for a PRN role in a pediatric acute care hospital. Key responsibilities include providing nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room, performing assessments, and implementing interventions to ensure patient safety during surgery. The RN collaborates with physicians to develop and execute care plans and maintains continuity between the care unit and OR. Qualifications and skills required are a minimum of 2 years of OR experience in pediatrics, an Ohio RN license, and a BSN degree or ongoing. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and American Heart Association are mandatory, with PALS and CNOR preferred. Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and the ability to pass background checks are essential.
