About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specialized in pediatrics for a perioperative (OR) role in a pediatric acute care hospital.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care during surgeries
- Performing patient assessments
- Assisting physicians to ensure patient safety and continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years OR experience in pediatrics
- Ohio RN license
- BSN (or in progress)
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS
- American Heart Association certification (mandatory)
- CNOR certification (highly preferred)
- Additional experience in pediatric acute care, reconstructive surgery, or laser procedures (a plus)
