About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics for a per diem OR (Peds) role in a pediatric acute care hospital. In this role, you will provide nursing care to pediatric patients during surgeries perform assessments and interventions to ensure patient safety assist physicians in implementing care plans maintain continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients during surgeries

- Maintain continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years OR (Peds) RN experience
- Ohio RN license
- BSN degree or in progress
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS preferred
- American Heart Association certification required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking skills, and ability to pass background checks
- CNOR certification and pediatric surgical experience are highly preferred
