Operating Room RN - PRN

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics and Operating Room (OR) to provide nursing care in a pediatric acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Execute interventions to ensure patient safety during surgery
• Collaborate with physicians to implement the plan of care
• Ensure continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years OR experience in pediatrics
• Ohio RN license
• BSN degree or in progress
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS
• Must pass background checks and onboarding requirements

Skills

• PALS certification (preferred)
• CNOR certification (preferred)
• Experience in pediatric acute care (preferred)
• Experience in plastic reconstructive surgery (preferred)
• Experience in laser procedures (preferred)
