Operating Room Orderly - Part Time

About the role

Reno Orthopedic Center is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to join their Operating Room Orderly team. The position is based at their Main location at 555 N Arlington Ave.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transferring patients from bed to stretcher, stretcher to OR table, etc.
• Absorb and scrub into total joint surgeries and hold limbs as needed.
• Ensure the Operating Room is properly stocked with materials and equipment.
• Absorb and scrub into total joint surgeries and hold limbs as needed.
• Ensure equipment rooms are organized and stocked.
• Assist central sterile processing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• BLS Certification (preferred)
• Experience working as a Nursing Assistant or Orderly (preferred)
