Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional perioperative care in a high-acuity surgical environment
- Assess, prepare, and advocate for patients before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and sterile technique adherence
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff
- Manage OR equipment and monitor patient status
- Accurately document all patient care activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in perioperative nursing and surgical settings
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, patient assessment, and monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
