Delivers professional nursing care in the Main OR unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Supports patient comfort and well-being
- Facilitates care delivery
- Collaborates with the healthcare team
- Mentors and guides new and experienced nurses
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year RN experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- BLS certification is mandatory
- Specialty certifications are a plus
- OR experience is preferred
