Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for general internal medicine, transplant, and surgical co-management patients.
• Supervise and teach residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Participate in research and scholarly activities.
• Develop and implement care protocols, ensuring quality and patient safety.
• Work in a 7-on/7-off block schedule with flexibility.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Record of achievement in teaching, research, and service.
• Eligible for appointment as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or eligible to obtain one).
• 1–3 years of hospitalist experience, ideally in an academic medical center.
• Experience in teaching, clinical research, and inpatient hospital medicine.
