Open Rank - Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Abdominal Imaging
The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at the University of Virginia seeks a full-time Abdominal Imaging Radiologist to join a team of seven full-time Abdominal Imagers, complementing busy diagnostic and procedural services. Rank and tenure are dependent upon qualifications and experience.
About the Department
The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging includes approximately 60 Clinical Faculty, 14 Research Faculty, 40 Residents, and 27 Fellows/Clinical Instructors. The Abdominal Imaging Section supports four to five dedicated Fellows, with additional Fellows from other services rotating through the Section's clinical service.
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent degree in the field
- Eligible for Virginia State Medical Licensure
- Committed to a career in academic radiology
- Background or strong interest in research is preferred
